After last season, it seemed like a foregone conclusion that the Packers would re-sign Jared Cook. You know, the guy who caught the unlikely game-winning pass to move the chains in the playoffs against the Dallas Cowboys. But things didn’t work out between the Packers and Cook.

They couldn’t get a deal done.

In comes Martellus Bennett.

And for as giddy as Cook was to be in Green Bay, and catching passes from Aaron Rodgers, the Packers’ new tight end (Bennett) has arguably already made more noise than Cook did during his entire lone season in the green and gold.
